As soon as I started talking to Kirsten and Luis about shooting their wedding, I knew we were going to be a great match! Their energy and absolute love for each other was so obvious, which always makes my job a dream. They live in Texas, and I had just moved to Indiana, but we're all from Ocala, Florida where the wedding was taking place! This required a little more planning than usual to make sure everything lined up, and we all flew to Florida and had the best time together. They are both so laid back and hilarious, and so much fun to be around! We were laughing the entire day. I feel like they started as clients, and we left as friends <3
Luis is an incredibly talented musician and composer, and he wrote the score for the wedding ceremony! It was so beautiful and moving, I was tearing up behind my camera. Their friends and family were overflowing with love and positive things to say about their relationship. It was really special to witness and I am so grateful for a job that allows me to be a small part of their love story.
Luis and Kirsten, thank you for choosing me to be your wedding photographer! It was an absolute joy, and I felt welcomed like family. I am excited to watch you both continue your journey and I'm SO happy to hear the news of your growing family! I know you will be incredible parents in a house overflowing with love and laughter. <3
